David Ehrmann
David Ehrmann brings over 25 years of coaching experience to the AIIR Team. Executives, leadership teams and individuals alike have benefited from his clear and empathic coaching style. Having worked with leaders across a spectrum of fields, including technology, finance, education, publication, science, consulting, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, David excels in asking the questions that clear a path for clients to find their own solutions.
Carolyn Murphy, M.A.
Carolyn Murphy brings over 15 years of corporate experience to AIIR, including her most recent role as Director of Operations at Cisco Systems. As an executive coach, Carolyn helps individuals rise to the unique challenges of leadership through three focus areas – emotional intelligence, communications, and leadership development. With her global clients spanning across sectors, she helps leaders refine messaging, build agendas for impact, and cultivate an authentic communication style.
Judy Wade, M.S.
Judy Wade brings 30 years of leadership development experience to the AIIR Team. She has worked in a variety of business settings and has coached leaders at all levels. She most recently worked at Anthem, a Fortune 50 company, where she held a variety of roles in Human Resources over a period of 14 years. As an executive coach, Judy encourages self-direction and independence. Her coaching style is outcome-focused and adaptive to changing personal and business objectives.
