Dr. Marsha King
Dr. Marsha King is an executive coach who works with senior leaders to assess and develop their skills for achieving leadership excellence. Marsha worked for Capital One, a Fortune 200 Financial services firm based in McLean, VA, for 8 years. Prior to joining Capital One, Marsha was an Executive Coach for DDI, where she worked with several Fortune 500 firms including Qwest, Nortel, Steelcase, Whirlpool, and the US Postal Service.
Dr. Terry Galvin
Dr. Terry Galvin brings to AIIR over 35 years of HR Management and Business Psychology experience, nurtured within both organizational and consultancy roles. In addition to advising many high profile public sector entities, he has served leaders of prominent global organizations within a multitude of industry sectors. As an executive coach, Terry’s key objective is to use his positive and action-orientated attitude to quickly motivate his coachees toward task-focused and achievable goals.
Ianna Raim, MBA
Ianna Raim brings 25 years of international business experience to AIIR. In addition to her corporate experience with DIRECTV Latin America, Ianna has successfully started three companies. As an executive coach, she uses her extensive professional experience leading teams and inspiring them to overcome business challenges. Her clients include corporate executives and business owners across a diverse range of fields including financial services, law, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, education, and non-profits.
