AIIR Consulting is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the 24th annual Mid-Winter Conference for the Society of Consulting Psychology on February 3-7, 2016 in Orlando, Florida. The conference theme is “Don’t Just Survive – Thrive: Consulting with Courage in a Changing World.”
The MWC is one of the most prestigious and longest standing conferences in the field of business psychology today. For the past 24 years, the conference has brought together elite coaches, talent management practitioners, and business leaders from around the world to dive into the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches to operating in today’s business landscape. According to Dr. Jonathan Kirschner, AIIR’s CEO, “We are thrilled to be a sponsor of the Mid-Winter Conference for a second year in a row. Different from many conferences in our industry, the MWC is an intimate, rigorous launching pad for cultivating relationships and ideas. We will have over 10 members of the AIIR Global Coaching Alliance present to engage in some intensive learning and fun.”
This year, Dr. Jonathan Kirschner, will be co-presenting on the topic of Strategic Talent Management: Balancing the Decision Making and Development Agendas. AIIR will also be presenting several theoretical poster presentations, as well as hosting a number of social gatherings and fun activities throughout the weekend.
According to Dr. Kirschner, AIIR’s CEO, “The theme, ‘Don’t Just Survive, Thrive,’ couldn’t’ be more relevant for the work we do in today’s hyper-competitive business environment. To really outperform as business leaders, we must be optimized. We must go beyond surviving and focus on what it takes to thrive.”
